Republic Day 2025: The Defence Ministry is offering Republic Day parade tickets both offline and online. Here’s how you can book your seat to witness the grand spectacle

Republic Day is a symbol of India’s unity, diversity and democratic values, celebrated every year since the Indian Constitution came into existence in 1950. The parade includes tableaux representing many states and union territories, which will showcase their respective cultures, customs and achievements.
On the occasion of Republic Day, every year on January 26, a grand parade is organised on Kartavya Path (formerly known as Rajpath) in New Delhi, where military, cultural and technical achievements are displayed. This year India will celebrate its 76th Republic Day. If you want to see the parade in the national capital this year, tickets are available both offline and online.
Republic Day Parade Online Booking
If you want to get tickets online to watch the Republic Day parade, you can buy them through the website: aamantran.mod.gov.in.
The defence ministry has also launched the Aamantran mobile app. You can download it and purchase the tickets following the instructions on-screen.
Republic Day Parade Offline Booking
If you want to buy tickets offline, you can get it at the designated ticket counter for Republic Day celebrations at locations across the national capital like Sena Bhawan, Shastri Bhawan, Jantar Mantar, Pragati Maidan and Rajiv Chowk Metro Station.
The ticket counter will remain open from 10 am to 5 pm on all working days and from 10 am to 2 pm on Sundays and holidays till January 25.
Republic Day Parade Ticket Prices
The tickets will be available in three price categories: reserved seats cost Rs 500, unreserved seats cost Rs 100, and unreserved seats with limited views are for Rs 20. Since the number of tickets is limited, only the tickets fixed for each day will be sold.
The parade will start at 10am on January 26, 2025.
